Swimming, basketball, listening to music Facebook.
What is your current Schooling and what are your future plans?
I am currently at the Kings School doing my GCSEs and I plan to take A-levels and move onto Loughborough University.
Have you any pets, if so what:
None, although i would really like a dog.
What is your favourite food and drink?
Pasta, Pizza / Orange squash or any Robinsons.
What is your favourite holiday destination?
Poland
What are your Midland/National/International Achievements?
I have won Counties since i was 10.
I have won Midlands in 2006/7/9 (In 2008 i had an injury over the competition).
At Nationals in 2006 i came 8th in the 200bk, in 2007 i came 3rd in the 100bk/400Im and 2nd in the 200Bk as well as finalling in some other events.
In 2008 I came 2nd in the 200Bk and finalled in most other events.
In 2009 i came 3rd in the 800 freestyle, 4th in the 400 freestyle and finalled in most other events.
Also i qualified for the youth nationals a year early in the 800 freestyle where i came 40th in the open category.
What records do you hold?
9 years- 200breastroke, 200Im.
10 years- 800/1500 freestyle, 200 backstroke, 100 breastroke, 50/100 Fly, 200 Im.
11 years- All of them except the 50 breastroke (Charlie holds).
12 years- 200 freestyle, 100/200 backstroke, 100/200 breastroke, 100/200 Im.
13 years- 50/200/800 freestyle, 50/100 backstroke, 50/100 breastroke, 50/100 Fly, 100/200 Im.
14 years- 50-1500 freestyle, 200 Backstroke, 50-200 Fly, 100-400 Im.
What are your aims/goals/ambitions in swimming?
To get to the Olympics and win a gold medal
What is your best moment in swimming?
Coming back from injury in 2008 and getting a silver medal at nationals, narrowly missing out on gold.
Who is your inspiration?
Friends, Family and anyone who has made it to the top of their sport.
What do you enjoy about swimming?
The fact that you have to work to get where you are.
What advice can you give to anyone wanting to achieve their personal goals?
Focus on training hard and make sure all the little things are done well, it will pay off in the end.
Any other interesting information about yourself?
I play the guitar and piano.
